Address Changes:
Next Day Delivery: Addresses cannot be changed

The delivery timelines provided are estimates based on typical production and
courier schedules.
While we aim to meet all stated timeframes. Certain items especially those with
shorter processing periods may occasionally require additional time due to
customisation, courier delays, or international customs processes.
Customs, Duties & Customer Responsibilities
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your
shipment upon delivery.
Customers must ensure that all personal and delivery details are entered accurately
at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to
delivery information.
If an order
is shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect details being provided, or
if an exchange is granted, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery
charges.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Order
confirmation and full tracking details will be sent to you via email as soon as
your order has been processed and dispatched.
To avoid unforeseen delays, we strongly recommend placing your order at least one
week in advance, especially during busy seasons.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure every customer receives the highest standard of hair.
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your bundles, frontals or closures to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Return instructions, including where to send your item, will be provided via email. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items to us.
All returned items will be assessed before a refund is issued. If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
Wigs
Custom products
Coloured hair
Sale items are also non-returnable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
