Processing Time

Virgin hair: Bundles, Wigs, Frontals & Closures 4–5 working days

Raw hair: Bundles, Wigs, Frontals & Closures 6–8 working days

Jet Black Bundles: 2–3 working days preparation

Coloured Wigs: 5–7 working days preparation

Customs, Duties & Customer Responsibilities

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your shipment upon delivery.

Customers must ensure that all personal and delivery details are entered accurately at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to delivery information.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect details being provided, or if an exchange is granted, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
