    While we aim to meet all stated timeframes. Certain items especially those with shorter processing periods may occasionally require additional time due to customisation, courier delays, or international customs processes.


    Customs, Duties & Customer Responsibilities

    We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your shipment upon delivery.

    Customers must ensure that all personal and delivery details are entered accurately at checkout.
    Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to delivery information.

    If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect details being provided, or if an exchange is granted, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.

    Order Confirmation & Tracking

    Shipping confirmation and full tracking details will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched.

    To avoid unforeseen delays, we strongly recommend placing your order at least one week in advance, especially during during bank holidays, Christmas and Easter

     

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your selected items including bundles, frontals and closures to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@sleyed.co.uk. Please note instructions on how and where to send your items back will be sent via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Please note all exchanges will undergo an assessment prior to a refund being returned back to you. If certain conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse any returned items.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as wigs, custom products or coloured hair. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
